Scope & Acceptance
By using our website https://bedify.in/ and placing an order, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”), which apply to all purchases from Bedify (Madhav Foam House). We reserve the right to change these T&C at any time; such changes will be posted on the Site with the updated date.

Products & Ordering

• We endeavour to display accurate product information (descriptions, colours, dimensions), however slight variations may occur.
• When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the product(s). We will send you an order confirmation email. Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the item(s).
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion (for example: stock unavailable, error in pricing, suspect fraudulent payment).

Pricing, Payment & Tax

• Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
• Payment must be made in advance or as per the option selected (pre-paid). We use secure payment gateway services including PhonePe, UPI, cards/net-banking.
• Your payment transaction is subject to the terms of the payment gateway / bank.
• All taxes, duties, levies as applicable are borne by the buyer unless specified.

Delivery & Shipping

• We aim to dispatch products within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment and order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or courier.
• Please inspect the package at delivery. If damage or missing items are found, notify us within 24 hours at madhavfoamhousebedify@gmail.com.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

– We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange request if the product has been misused, altered, damaged by the customer beyond normal inspection, or return is attempted after the allowed period.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us at 9813450000. Once the product is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; you may seek a return/exchange once delivered (subject to policy).
• Any cancelled payment/refund will be processed as per our payment gateway / bank rules.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedify and Madhav Foam House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the products or this Site.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these T&C or your order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, design, etc) is the property of Bedify or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These T&C shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Panipat,
