Refund and Returns Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all products purchased through our website https://bedify.in/.
“Products” include mattresses, bedding, and related accessories listed on the site.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

• You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched.

• If payment has already been made, refunds will be initiated within 3-5 business days, back to the original payment method.
• Any shipping or handling charges paid may be non-refundable (unless legally required).

Returns & Exchanges (After Delivery)

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. You must notify us within 5-7 business days of receiving the product through

2. The product must be:
   • Unused
   • In original condition
   • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
   • Free from stains, damage, or any signs of use
3. For mattresses and large items:
   • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
   • If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will bear the shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
• If refund to original method is not feasible, we may process refund through bank transfer (you will need to provide bank details).

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

• The product is used, damaged, stained, altered, or not in original condition.
• The product is customized or made-to-order (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

Shipping Policy

• All products will be shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
• Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

3. The product must be shipped back using a trackable courier service.
   (Until we receive the product, the shipment remains customer responsibility unless the product is defective.)
